Photographer Valeria Schettino beautifully captures the fury and calm of the sea through a series of photographs, which reveal the dual nature of water in her project Sky & Sea. Through a set of brooding images, Schettino is able to showcase the texture, foam and deep blue and sea foam green color often romanticize. The photography carefully highlights the relation of water to every aspect in nature. The juxtaposition between sand and rock remind us about the power of water, as well as the multi-layered hues of blue in nature responsible for life.
